Master cylinders and valves

NBS have the expertise and experience to remanufacture most commercial and industrial master cylinders and valves. All work is carried out in house and we have total control over the remanufacturing process enabling us to effect a repair that will last beyond your expectations. We can rebuild both mineral oil and brake fluid systems and import the components from original equipment manufacturers worldwide to enable us to do so.

Commercial and industrial boosters

NBS have an in depth knowledge of both vacuum and air brake booster components and can remanufacture most units. In some cases we have components specially manufactured to overcome inherent design faults to ensure the longetivity of the repair. Unlike many rebuilders we performance test our remanufactured boosters so you the fitter can be 100% confident.

Commercial and industrial wheel cylinders

NBS have extensive experience in the remanufacturing to original standards of truck wheel cylinders. Japanese truck wheel cylinders are a specialty. Through experience we have gained a knowledge of what causes premature failures in many units, and maintain strict machining tolerances to ensure our remanufactured units are equal to or better than new. NBS import their own rubber and use only parts from OE manufacturers and components that will stand the test of time.

Commercial amd industrial calipers

NBS can remanufacture most hydraulic type calipers for both mineral oil and brake fluid systems. Pistons can be resleeved or hardchromed if required. We have extensive European contacts for full air brake calipers which enable us to source kits and wearing hard parts, and can offer a complete rebuilding service to this growing market.

Premium brake lings and riveted shoes

NBS distribute lining brands, that are proven performers in the commercial brake market. With access to many hard to find references and three different formulations for various applications you can be sure we have the answer to your lining and shoe needs.

Sick of riveting? Some of the common Japanese applications are available in a riveted shoe option – saving valuable workshop time. Many trailer references are also available as bonded shoes.

Commercial brake rotors and drums

More and more European trucks and buses are running disc brake set ups, meaning the market for these products is growing rapidly. NBS are stocking some of the fast moving part numbers, particularly for Volvo, MAN and Mercedes. Many Japanese truck applications are available to order as well. Don’t automatically pay full genuine price – we can supply OE quality parts very competitively!

New air brake parts and valves

NBS distribute a range of air brake parts, including foot valves, relay valves, spring brakes, actuators, dryers, and their associated repair kits. We can supply Mico and Wagner new commercial brake parts.

Brake reservoirs and hoses

Reservoirs in various configurations to suit both brake fluid and mineral oil systems are available. Remote reservoir hose and associated plumbing and hardware can be supplied.
